• Times: optimum show time begins just after sunset.  Sunset Times

• Set-up: begins one hour before start time.  Packing-up: will begin within 10 minutes after end of showing.

• 50% Deposit due to schedule.  Balance Due one week prior to event. 

​

• Weather: In the event of inclement weather your event may be rescheduled within 24 hours at no additional charge.  We reserve the right to  protect any and all equipment during the event due to weather, which may disrupt the screening.We can not be responsible for weather contingencies once the event has started. ​

• Power Source:  For private events we just need access to a power source. A generator is available for rent if needed. 

​

• Licenses:  Are not needed for private events.   Please inquire for details about public showings.
